Convenient location within walking distance to attractions and helpful staff that provided great recommendations. The tea house was a nice touch, offering complimentary tea and snacks. Clean and cozy room with comfortable bedding made for a good night's rest.
Limited breakfast selection and no hot water in the morning for a shower, which was a negative experience during a business trip.

Spent Christmas at this boutique hotel and it was amazing. Service was top-notch and staff were very hospitable. the breakfast spread was great, with fresh fruits and a wide variety of dishes to choose from. the location was perfect, with everything within walking distance and a great view from the room. An added bonus was the free-flowing coffee and tea, perfect for the chilly winter nights.
The entrance to the hotel was a bit hard to find and not very accessible for older travelers. the bathroom floor was a bit too cold for comfort during winter.

Guests can enjoy the beautiful views of the snow-capped mountains from the Deluxe Snow Mountain View Room. the helpful and friendly staff ensures a pleasant stay, offering assistance with luggage and arranging transportation. the complimentary tea, coffee, fruit, and snacks in the lounge area add an extra touch of hospitality.
The smoking policy in the sitting lounge can be a bit bothersome for non-smoking guests and families with children, as it can become smoky and uncomfortable.

The hotel's location is perfect, right in the center of the old town. It is very convenient for exploring and has a beautiful view of the snow-capped mountains. The staff is friendly, helpful, and speaks good English. The hotel facilities are modern and have a relaxing and zen atmosphere. The breakfast provided is simple but delicious.
Didn't dislike anything about the property.
